Katya Santos, Gardo Versoza and Allan Paule made a name in the 42nd Worldfest-Houston Independent International Film Festival with their Independent movie titled “Prinsipe Sabong” (Prince of Cockfighting).

With the award, Katya Santos is very happy and even serves as her inspiration to rekindle her movie career.
The said movie won the Gold Remi Award for Best Feature last April 27, 2009. It even toppled 59 other films from different countries including an entry form Disney/Pixar animated film Ratatouille.
